Once your order is processed, please allow up to 13 days for grow time. Orders are typically ready for delivery between 7-10 days.
• Pricing: All prices on our website are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices include applicable sales tax but exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total during the checkout process.
• Payment Methods: We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Payment must be made at the time of order placement.
• Order Cancellation: Once the order is processed, cancellations are not allowed.

5. Delivery

• Product Delivery: We offer weekly designated pickup and delivery points where you can collect your orders and return used trays.
• Delivery Issues: If there is any issue with your delivery, please contact us at fitcodefarms@gmail.com, and we will work to resolve the issue.
• Business Delivery: Businesses will have direct-to-door pickup and delivery.

6. Tray Policy

• Tray Return: Trays are due back the week after delivery and should be dropped off at one of our designated drop points, available Monday through Friday. If you need alternative arrangements, please contact us at fitcodefarms@gmail.com.
• Damaged or Lost Trays: A service fee of $25 will be charged for any trays that are lost or damaged to cover the cost of replacement.

7. Returns and Refunds

• Return Policy: Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product arrives damaged or is incorrect.
• Refund Process: If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for obtaining a refund or replacement.

• Accuracy: We strive to ensure that all product descriptions and images on our website are accurate. However, slight variations may occur. All products are subject to availability.
• Product Information: All of our seeds are certified organic and sourced directly from True Leaf Market.
